Volunteer Sign-Ups

Member volunteers are needed for the following events.  The gift of your time and assistance is greatly needed.  The success of each event is dependent on membership involvement.  Please fill out the corresponding forms below.  The Committee Chair from each event will be contacting you with further information.

Exhibitions: Volunteers are needed for assistance in hanging the paintings, show sitting (times and dates will be posted in December 2025

Workshops: Volunteers are needed for breakfast and lunch snacks, assistance is setting up, assisting in greeting the instructor, and assistance in cleaning up on last day.

Scholarships: Committee Chair and assistants are needed in organizing and implementing the 2026 FKWCS Visual Arts Scholarships for the high school students of the Florida Keys.  Roles and responsibilities will be forthcoming.

Paint-Outs: Committee Chair and assistants are needed in implementing the 2026 Paint-Outs. More information regarding roles and responsibilities will be forthcoming.

Classes: Committee Chair and assistants are needed in implementing the 2026 Classes. More information regarding roles and responsibilities will be forthcoming.

High School Career Day: Assistants are needed for approximately 2-3 hours on a school day to promote careers in visual arts, promote the high school scholarship program, and FKWCS. More information regarding responsibilities, dates and times will be forthcoming.
